Why does it say "v'Es Kol Eleh Yadi Asasah"?

1.

Rashi: Shamayim and Eretz - My hand did this. I constricted My Shechinah amidst you when you heeded Me.

2.

Radak: Do not think that because I said "ha'Shamayim Kis'i veha'Aretz Hadom Raglai", that they always existed, like Me. No! Only I am Kadmon; I made all these - Shamayim and all its legions, the land and all that is on it.

3.

Malbim: To request from His creations to build a house for Him to dwell in, this 'shows' that they fulfill His lack. This cannot be, for "I made all these..."

2)

Why does it add "va'Yihyu Kol Eleh"?

1.

Radak: I made them, and they were like I commanded.

2.

Malbim: Both the initial formation, and also the continued existence, is only from My hand.

3)

Is "v'El Zeh Abit..." connected to the beginning of the verse?

1.

Rashi: Yes. I constricted My Shechinah amidst you when you heeded Me, because it is My conduct to look at the poor, broken spirited and diligent [to fulfill] My word.

2.

Radak: Yes. Even though I am exalted over all exalted beings (I made them), I look at the lowly, humble and diligent about My word to fulfill My Mitzvos.

4)

What is the significance of "Oni u'Nche Ru'ach v'Chared Al Devari"?

1.

Malbim: He is externally poor, and internally, his spirit is broken (he is humble), and even so, he is zealous to heed My voice. This is the purpose of the Mikdash and Korbanos - a pleasant spirit that I said, and My desire was done. The Korban is not what is desired, rather, fulfilling My desire and submissiveness that man shows to Me via heeding My word.
