R. Yehudah used to say that an Androginus overrides Shabbos, and [a man] is Chayav Kares for [Bi'ah] with him (he is a Vadai male; this is Mishkav Zachar).

"Orlaso" - his Orlah, of a Vadai [eight-day old baby] overrides Shabbos, but [one who was born] Bein ha'Shemashos does not override Shabbos (perhaps it is not his eighth day).

"Orlaso" - Vadai Orlah overrides Shabbos. [Hatafas Dam Bris of] one who was born circumcised does not override Shabbos (it is a Safek whether or not he has covered Orlah).

Beis Shamai say that he needs Hatafas Dam Bris, for [perhaps] there is covered Orlah. Beis Hillel say, he does not need [it].
