(Mishnah): If one said 'la'Chulin (is) what I will eat from you', or 'not Kosher', 'not Dachi (Tahor)', 'Tahor', 'Tamei', 'Nosar', or 'Pigul', he is forbidden;

If one said 'like Imra (a lamb)', 'like pens (of animals)', 'like wood', 'like (things that go on the) fires', 'like the Mizbe'ach', 'like the Heichal', or 'like Yerushalayim', he vowed [to forbid] through a Korban.

R. Yehudah says, one who says 'Yerushalayim' it has no effect.

(Gemara): ['La'Chulin means that] what I will eat from you will not be Chulin, rather, [forbidden] like a Korban. [Lo Kosher means that what I will eat from you is] not Kosher for me, rather, [it is like Kodshim Kosher] for the Mizbe'ach. 'Not Tahor' for me, rather, for the Mizbe'ach. 'Tahor' for the Mizbe'ach, but not for me. 'Tamei' for me, but not for the Mizbe'ach.

We learn 'Kosher' and 'Dachi' from 'Tahor' and 'Tamei', and from 'not Kosher' and 'not Dachi' we learn 'not Tahor', and 'not Tamei.' (RIDVAZ)

Pigul - there is no difference [of which Korban]; Pigul of Olah is the same as Pigul of Shelamim.

(Regarding Nosar, there is a difference.) Nosar of Olah did not have Sha'as ha'Kosher (it was never permitted to people. Hatfasah in it is Hatfasah in Devar ha'Nadur, and forbids.)

Question: Nosar of Shelamim had Sha'as ha'Kosher (before it became Nosar). If one said Harei Alai like Nosar of Shelamim, what is the law? (Now it is not Devar ha'Nadur, rather, Devar ha'Asur, and Hatfasah in it does not work. However, perhaps he is Matfis in the original Kedushah (before Zerikah), when it was Devar ha'Nadur.)
