ROSH HASHANAH 35 (14 Sivan - Siyum of Rosh Hashanah) - Dedicated by Doug Rabin in memory of his mother, Leah Miriam bat Yisroel (Lucy) Rabin, in honor of her Yahrzeit.
ROSH HASHANAH 35 (19 Teves) - Dedicated in memory of Hagaon Rav Yisrael Avraham Abba ben Harav Chaim Binyamin Ze'ev Krieger ZT"L, author of Yad Yisrael (on Rambam) and many other Sefarim. Dedicated by his granddaughter and her husband, Mr. and Mrs. Avi and Lily Berger, of Queens, New York.

1. The Gemara teaches the shortest way to fulfill the blessings of Musaf, Malchiyos, Zichronos, and Shofaros.
2. One should first organize his prayers, and only then say them.
3. Rebbi Aba qualifies this requirement (#2).
4. Rav Yehudah used to organize his weekday prayers.
5. The people who stand behind the Kohanim during Birkas Kohanim are not included in the blessing.

1. Instead of saying all of the verses regarding the Musaf sacrifice, Malchiyos, etc., one may simply mention the sacrifice or Malchiyos, etc., and say, "as is stated in Your Torah." This is clearly not l'Chatchilah, as we learned previously that one must say ten verses each for Malchiyos, etc., but one does fulfill his obligation in this fashion (for example, if he does not have a Sidur, he can fulfill Malchiyos, etc., in this fashion).
2. In other words, one should first recite the Shemoneh Esreh prayer that he is going to say in order that the words should not be foreign to him, just as he would practice his supplication before a king before saying it, and only then present his prayers to Hashem.
3. He says that this is a logical requirement for prayers that are not said often, such as the prayers of Rosh Hashanah and Yom Kippur, but not something that one must do for his everyday prayers.
4. However, that was because he often went thirty days without praying, since he was reviewing his learning thirty days in a row at a time.
5. The Kohanim face the people when they bless them. Only the people whom the Kohanim face are included in their blessing, not those who are behind the Kohanim.
