SUMMARY
If a Nazir finds out after he completes his Nezirus that he was Tamei from a Tum'as ha'Tehom he does not have to recount his Nezirus. If a Mes is floating in the water it is not regarded as a Tum'as ha'Tehom. (1) If the Mes was in the ground of the cave it is regarded as a Tum'as ha'Tehom. If a Nazir was immersing from Tum'as Mes and there was a Mes in the ground of the cave he is Tamei even though it is a Tum'as ha'Tehom. (2) A Tum'as ha'Tehom is a Tum'ah that is concealed from everyone. (3) The Halachah of Tum'as ha'Tehom applies to Nazir and to the Korban Pesach, but not to Terumah. Rebbi Eliezer holds that a Nazir may not drink wine until he shaves. (4) According to the Rabanan if a Nazir becomes Tamei after he completes his Nezirus, prior to bringing his Korbanos, he must recount his Nezirus. Rebbi Eliezer holds that he only must recount seven days. If a Nazir becomes Tamei prior to the completion of his Nezirus, and becomes aware of it only after he completes his Nezirus, he only must recount seven days according to Rebbi Eliezer. If an unknown Tum'as Mes is buried underneath the width of an entire road, if a Nazir or an Oseh Pesach passes by they are Tahor, but for Terumah they are Tamei. (5) If the Tum'ah does not cover the entire width of the road even for Terumah he is Tahor unless the Tum'ah is in a grave. (6) If the person is riding an animal even if the Tum'ah does not cover the entire width of the road he is Tamei. If the Mes is concealed in straw or rocks it is regarded as a Tum'as ha'Tehom. A Safek Tum'ah from a Sheretz that is floating in the water is Tahor. (7) Rebbi Shimon says that if the Sheretz is floating in a vessel a Safek is Tamei, but if it is floating in water that is in the ground a Safek is Tahor.
A BIT MORE
1. Even if it is a Safek whether he was Nitma from the Mes he is Tamei because it is a Safek Tum'ah in a Reshus ha'Yachid. 2. Since he is b'Chezkas Tamei the concept of Tum'as ha'Tehom does not apply. 3. If one person knows about the Tum'ah it is not a Tum'as ha'Tehom. 4. The Rabanan hold that as soon as he brings one of his Korbanos he may drink wine even though he did not yet shave. 5. Because it is a Tum'as ha'Tehom and a Tum'as ha'Tehom is Tahor for a Nazir and for a Korban Pesach, but not for Terumah. 6. Because he might not have passed over the Tum'ah and it is a Safek Tum'ah in a Reshus ha'Rabim and he is Tahor. 7. Even if the Safek is in the Reshus ha'Yachid it is Tahor.

BRIEF INSIGHT
KORBAN PESACH The Halachah of Tum'as ha'Tehom applies to Nazir and to the Korban Pesach, but not to Terumah. The Rambam says if someone became Tamei from a Tum'as ha'Tehom and he found out prior to the Shechitah of the Korban Pesach he may go ahead l'Chatchilah and slaughter the Korban.
QUICK HALACHAH
TUM'AS HA'TEHOM If a Nazir finds out after he completes his Nezirus that he was Tamei during his Nezirus, if the Tum'ah was known he must bring Korbanos Tum'ah and recount his Nezirus. If the Tum'ah was a Tum'as ha'Tehom he does not have to recount his Nezirus. If the Nazir finds out that he was Tamei prior to the Zerikas ha'Dam of one of his Korbanos even if it was a Tum'as ha'Tehom he must recount his Nezirus. What is a Tum'as ha'Tehom? If it is unknown to the entire world. Only a Mes is regarded as a Tum'as ha'Tehom, but a murder victim is not regarded as a Tum'as ha'Tehom because the person who killed him is aware of the Tum'ah. (Rambam Hilchos Nezirus 6:16-18)
