What makes some one chaiv to go to the ir miklat? What I mean is does it have to be a close to a ones, or total shogeg?

The Gemara in Makos 8a says that one is Patur from Galus if he kills b'Ones. Galus is only given for those who kill b'Shogeg.
We do not find that the Shogeg which obligates Galus has to be close to an Ones. It can be any type of Shogeg.
