This is not Rashi's opinion; it is Rava's opinion in the Gemara in a couple of lines. This should be:

30)[line 48] D'SHAF MI'DUCHTEI- (lit. that slipped from its place) that was dislocated [out of its socket]

3. The Kollel replies:

Dear Moshie,

The Kollel is correct. Only Rashi explains that the tear is inside the socket; according to the Rambam, the tear is in the ligaments surrounding the joint. (See the illustrations in the Artscroll Hebrew edition, 54b, footnote 8.)
