I am having difficulty locating the source for the above. I was told to look at Tosfos on the above cited daf, but no luck.

1) This phrase can be found in the Ramban on the Torah, Bereshis 19:5. He writes that the judgement of Sedom was due to the superiority of Eretz Yisrael, for there is the Heichal Hash-m, the "Palace of Hash-m."
2) There is another name often used to describe Eretz Yisrael. It is called "Palterin Shel Melech," "Palace of the King." I found this phrase in Nesivos Olam by the Maharal of Prague (Netiv ha'Yisurin, ch. 2, p. 434, in the Pardes edition). The Maharal writes, "He is in the Holy Land of Yisrael, the Palterin of the King."
