(Beraisa - in the name of R. Meir): There is no one in Yisrael who does not do 100 Mitzvos (Brachos) every day - he recites Keri'as Shma, blesses before and after, eats his bread and blesses before and after, and he prays three times Shemoneh Esre, and returns and does other Mitzvos and blesses on them.

And so R. Meir used to say, there is no one in Yisrael that Mitzvos do not surround him - Tefilin on his head, Tefilin on his arm, Mezuzah in his doorway, Bris Milah in his flesh, four Tzitzis on his Talis surround him.

This is what David said - "Sheva ba'Yom Hilalticha Al Mishpetei Tzidkecha" (two Tefilin, four Tzitzis and Mezuzah).

And so it says "Choneh Mal'ach Hash-m Saviv li'Yre'av va'Ychaltzem."

[David] entered the bathhouse and saw himself naked. He said 'woe to me, that I am naked from Mitzvos!' (I cannot learn here.) Once he looked at his Bris Milah, he began to praise ha'Kadosh Baruch Hu - "la'Menatze'ach Al ha'Sheminis Mizmor l'David." (Bnei Noach have seven Mitzvos, and Hash-m gave an eighth to Avraham, i.e. Bris Milah - R. SHLOMO SIRILIYO.)

(R. Elazar citing R. Chanina): Chachamim increase Shalom in the world. What is the source? "Chol Banayich Limudei Hash-m v'Rav Shelom Banayich." (The last word is extra, so we read it like 'Bonayich', i.e. your builders.)
