I enjoy listening to your shiurim very much. In your shiur on Pidyon Haben, you quoted from the Sefer Ha'aros on Sukkah that Rav Elyashiv shlita ruled in the case you mentioned to recite the brachah with Hash-m's name, however he doubted whether to rely on that or not. I was excited to hear you mention the psak, because I recently remembered that in the Sefer Sefer Aleinu Leshabayach Parshas Vzos Habrachah (on the pasuk "ha'omer li'aviv ilimo lo hikir"), Rav Alyashiv's son-in-law, Harav Yitzchak Zilberstein shlita mentions the same question. Rav Zilberstein suggested your suggestion (to make up a story that the mother may be a bas levi). Rav Zilberstein said over there that he asked his father-in-law what to do in such a case, and he said to say the brachah with Hash-m's name. From there it sounds that that's the best option. Look at the begining of Sefer Ha'aros where the writer cautions that there may be mistakes. I have more to say about the different psakim and a suggestion of the "ikker machloikes" here.
