What is the meaning of "Ad Ba'alas"?

Malbim: The Chatzeros around the cities stretched until Ba'alah, they were called Be'er Ramas Negev. This is why in Divrei ha'Yamim (1:4:33) it says only "Ad Ba'al" (for it omits the name of the Chatzeros).
