SUMMARY

1. There is a dispute about whether houses in Yerushalayim can contract Tzara'as.
 
2. There is a dispute about whether Yerushalayim was given as an inheritance to the tribes.
 
3. There is a dispute about whether the Avnet (sash) of the Kohen Gadol was the same as the Avnet of an ordinary Kohen.
 
4. Rav Huna: If a non-Kohen turns over the flesh on the Mizbe'ach, he is liable for the death penalty.
 
5. There is a dispute about what happens to the clothing that the Kohen Gadol wears on Yom Kippur.

A BIT MORE

1. Tana Kama: Houses in Yerushalayim cannot contract Tzara'as. Rebbi Yehudah: Ordinary houses in Yerushalayim can contract Tzara'as, but the Beis ha'Mikdash cannot.
 
2. Tana Kama: It was not given as an inheritance to a particular tribe. Rebbi Yehudah: It was given to Yehudah and Binyamin.
 
3. One opinion is that it was the same during the year, but on Yom Kippur the Kohen Gadol wore an Avnet of fine linen. The other opinion is that it was different the entire year.
 
4. Even making a limb on the Mizbe'ach burn faster is considered participating in the service of the Beis ha'Mikdash, which is forbidden for a non-Kohen.
 
5. Some say that the clothing requires burial, while others say that it should not be used on another Yom Kippur, but it does not need to be buried.
