If the Parshah of Chalitzah was read but the Yevamah did not do the Chalitzah or the Rekikah, it is not a Chalitzah at all.
If the Yevamah does the Rekikah and not the Chalitzah, she is Pesulah to the brothers. (1)
If the Yevamah does the Rekikah prior to the Chalitzah, it is not necessary for her to do another Rekikah after the Chalitzah. (2)
The order of the Chalitzah is not Me'akev.
A Yevamah who does not have a hand can do the Chalitzah with her teeth.
A Rekikah of blood is a valid Rekikah.
A Gzar Din without a vow may be torn up by means of Teshuvah.
The sin of Beis Eli is atoned for by means of Torah and Gemilus Chasadim. (3)
The Gzar Din of an individual is torn up only during the Ten Days of Repentance. (4)
The blood of a Zav that is secreted from the Amah, or that is spit up from the mouth, is not Tamei.
Rebbi Meir: The Chalitzah of a Katan invalidates the Yevamah to the Yavam. Chachamim: The Chalitzah of a Katan does not invalidate her to the Yavam.
Rebbi Meir: The Chalitzah of a Ketanah is not valid. Chachamim: Her Chalitzah is valid.
When a person prays, he must direct his eyes to the ground and his heart to the heavens.
Rebbi Yosi says that a Ketanah may do Chalitzah from the age of Pe'utah (6 or 7), and Rava says from one year before she is a Gedolah.
A BIT MORE
1. She is Pesulah to the brothers mid'Rabanan, because people might think that she did both the Chalitzah and the Rekikah, and they might arrive at the erroneous conclusion that a Yevamah who did Chalitzah is permitted to the brothers.
2. We do not allow her to do another Rekikah after the Chalitzah, because we are concerned that people might think that the Rekikah prior to the Chalitzah was not valid, and it could lead to a Chalutzah marrying one of the brothers.
3. Rabah and Abaye were descendants of Beis Eli. Rabah was involved in Torah, and he lived for forty years. Abaye was involved in Torah and Gemilus Chasadim, and he lived for sixty years.
4. The Gzar Din of the Tzibur may be torn up at any time of the year.
