SUMMARY

1. Animals consecrated as Korbanos and money (or objects) consecrated for Hekdesh combine to make one liable for Me'ilah.

2. Rebbi Yanai seems to say that the Mishnah refers only to Me'ilah d'Rabanan.

3. The Gemara concludes that Rebbi Yanai agrees there is Me'ilah according to Torah law regarding sacrifices.

4. Many types of priestly gifts combine to forbid (to a non-Kohen) a mixture into which they fall.

5. These items (#4) combine because they are all called "Terumah."

A BIT MORE

1. That is, if a person derived a half-Perutah's worth of benefit from a Korban and a half-Perutah's worth from an animal whose monetary value was consecrated, he is liable for Me'ilah.

2. According to this understanding of Rebbi Yanai, Me'ilah d'Oraisa applies only to monetary Hekdesh.

3. However, each Me'ilah regarding sacrifices and regarding monetary Hekdesh is derived from a separate verse.

4. They are: Terumah, Terumas Ma'aser, Terumas Ma'aser of Demai, Chalah, and Bikurim.

5. The first four (see #4) are explicitly called "Terumah." The Gemara quotes verses to prove that Chalah and Bikurim are also called "Terumah."
