SUMMARY

1. Someone accidentally becomes Tamei in the Azarah momentarily delayed his exit. There is a Safek whether he is Chayav Malkus.

2. Someone becomes Tamei in the Azarah and suspends himself in the air for the amount of time it takes to bow down. There is a Safek whether he is Chayav a Korban Oleh v'Yored.

3. Someone deliberately becomes Tamei in the Azarah. There is a Safek whether he is Chayav Malkus, even if he does not delay his exit.

4. A Nazir becomes Tamei while he is in a cemetery. There is a Safek whether he is Chayav Malkus, even if he does not delay his exit.

5. If someone becomes Tamei in the Azarah and he exits by the shortest route he is exempt from a Korban even if he walks very slowly.

6. If someone becomes Tamei in the Azarah and he does not exit by the shortest route he is Chayav a Korban, even though he exited very quickly.

7. If a Kohen does the Avodah while Tamei he is Chayav Misah b'Yedei Shamayim.

8. If a non-Kohen turns over a portion of a Korban while it is being consumed by the fires of the Mizbe'ach he is Chayav Misah.

9. If someone enters backwards into a house with Tzara'as, he is only Tamei when his entire body enters the house.

10. The roof of the Azarah does not have Kedushah.

11. A Tamei who enters the Heichal from the roof is not Chayav.

12. If Beis Din erroneously makes a decision that a person may enter the Beis ha'Mikdash in a state of Tum'ah they are not Chayav a Korban Par He'elem Davar.

13. An Asham Taluy is not brought if someone is in doubt whether he entered the Mikdash in a state of Tum'ah.

A BIT MORE

1. A Chiyuv Korban applies only if one delays his exit from the Azarah the amount of time it takes to bow down. However, if he was given Hasra'ah and he momentarily delayed his exit, it is a Safek if he is Chayav Malkus even though he did not delay long enough to bow down.

2. It is a Safek if a person is Chayav a Korban only for delaying his exit from the Azarah for the amount time it takes to bow down if he is in a place where it is possible to bow down. If he is suspended in the air he is not Chayav.

3. If the answer to the other Safek is that a person is not Chayav Malkus unless he delays his exit from the Azarah for the amount time it takes to bow down, it is a Safek if that applies only if he became Tamei accidentally or even if he became Tamei deliberately.

4. A Nazir enters a cemetery in an enclosed box and, while there, someone removes the top of the box and he becomes Tamei. If he is given Hasra'ah and he does not exit immediately, but he does exit in less than the amount of time it takes to bow down, it is a Safek if he is Chayav Malkus.

5. Even if he walks with one foot directly in front of the other and it takes him the entire day, he is exempt. However, if he takes short breaks while he is walking and the breaks add up to the amount of time it takes to bow down, there is a Safek whether he is Chayav a Korban.

6. Even if he ran out so fast that he did not delay any more than he would have delayed had he exited by the shortest route, he is Chayav Malkus since he did not take the shortest route.

7. Although there is a Chiyuv Kares for entering the Azarah in a state of Tum'ah, it is possible for a Tamei Kohen to do the Avodah without being Chayav Kares. For example, if he becomes Tamei while he is in the Azarah and he does not delay at all and on his way out he turns over a portion of the Korban on the Mizbe'ach causing it to be consumed faster, he is Chayav Misah b'Yedei Shamayim for doing the Avodah in a state of Tum'ah. However, he is not Chayav Kares for entering the Azarah in a state of Tum'ah, since he exited immediately upon becoming Tamei.

8. He is Chayav Misah even if he only hastened the consumption of the Korban by turning it over.

9. Even if his entire body entered the house with the exception of his nose he is not Tamei.

10. It is forbidden to eat Kodshei Kodshim or to slaughter Kodshei Kalim on the roof of the Azarah.

11. Since he did not enter in the conventional way he is not Chayav.

12. A Par He'elem Davar is brought only for a Halachic decision made by Beis Din regarding something that is Chayav a Chatas if it is done b'Shogeg. Since Tum'as Mikdash is Chayav a Korban Oleh v'Yored, and not a regular Chatas, there is no Chiyuv of a Korban Par He'elem Davar.

13. An Asham Taluy is brought when one is in doubt if he committed an Aveirah which is Chayav a Chatas if he was sure that he did the Aveirah. Since Tum'as Mikdash is Chayav a Korban Oleh v'Yored, and not a regular Chatas, there is no Chiyuv of an Asham Taluy for a Shogeg.
