SUMMARY
It is a Machlokes whether a husband is permitted to be Mekanei his wife. When a person conceals his Aveirah Hashem Yisbarach publicizes it. A person does not do an Aveirah unless he is overcome with insanity. Once there is Kinuy and Setirah the Torah believes one witness that the wife is Tamei because there is Raglayim l'Davar. Rebbi Yishmael says that a husband is not Mekanei his wife unless he is overcome by a spirit. (1) Rebbi Yishmael says that it is non-obligatory for a husband to be Mekanei his wife, while Rebbi Akiva holds that it is obligatory. Rebbi Yishmael says that it is non-obligatory for a Kohen to become Tamei to his relatives, while Rebbi Akiva holds that it is obligatory. Rebbi Yishmael says that it is non-obligatory for a person to enslave his servant forever, while Rebbi Akiva holds that it is obligatory. It is forbidden for a Kohen to be Metamei to a limb that was severed from a living relative. It is permitted to enslave a person whose mother is from the seven nations, but not if his father is from the seven nations. (2) A wife who is Mezaneh or has a temper destroys her house just like a worm destroys sesame. The presence of the Shechinah was with every person in the Midbar until they sinned with immorality. Each Mitzvah that a person does proceeds in front of him into the next world. When a person does an Aveirah it enwraps him and proceeds in front of him into Yom ha'Din. (3) One witness is believed to testify that a woman was Mezaneh after she had Kinuy and Setirah. If a woman did not have Kinuy and Setirah one witness is not believed to testify that she was Mezaneh.
A BIT MORE
1. The Rabanan say that he is referring to a Ru'ach Tum'ah and Rebbi Ashi says that he is referring to a Ru'ach Taharah. 2. Anyone who is born from a male member of one the seven nations is included in the Mitzvah of "Do not allow any Neshamah to live." 3. Rebbi Eliezer says that the Aveirah is tied to him like a dog.

BRIEF INSIGHT
613 MITZVOS Rebbi Yishmael says that it is non-obligatory for a husband to be Mekanei his wife, or for a Kohen to be Metamei to relatives, or to enslave servants forever. Tosfos asks that Rebbi Yishmael is missing three of the Taryag Mitzvos. The Ramban answers that not everyone agrees that the Minyan of Mitzvos are 613. Rebbi Simlai learns out from the numerical value of the word Torah (611) that besides the two Mitzvos that Klal Yisrael heard directly from Hashem there are an additional 611 Mitzvos. However according to some opinions Klal Yisrael heard all of the Aseres ha'Dibros directly from Hashem and therefore they cannot learn out that there are 613 Mitzvos from the numerical value of Torah. For that reason the Ramban concludes that it is not unanimous that the number of Mitzvos are 613.
QUICK HALACHAH
A KOSHER KINUY It is a Mitzvah from the Chachamim on Bnei Yisrael to be Mekanei their wives and a Ru'ach Taharah enters anyone who is Mekanei his wife. A husband should not be Mekanei his wife amidst laughter, conversation, lightheadedness or a dispute, however if he is Mekanei his wife amidst one of those things it is a Kinuy. (Rambam Hilchos Sotah 4:19)
