The notes to the Artscroll imply that Midrash R'Akiva ben Yosef (in Otzar HaMidrashim) expounds tagin both from an Aggadic and halachic nature. Could you please give me an example or two of a halachah based on the tagin?

"The letter Ches has two Zaynin (small tagin) because on the eighth day he will cut off the flesh of the Orlah, and in Bris there are two Mitzvos: Milah and Pri'ah. And if he does Milah and not Pri'ah it is as if he did not do Milah."
