The Four Cups on Pesach is not a positive, Torah obligation, and thus it does not override the prohibition of a Nazir to drink wine. The Four Cups is a rabbinic Mitzvah. Therefore, the Torah prohibition still applies and a Nazir may not drink the Four Cups.
