Eli Hopkovitz asked:

First i'd like to thank you for all the chesed that you are performing in making this hard work available to hundreds over the internet. I used your "thoughts on the daily daf" for masseches Tanis over the summer, as i had no shiur to attend and used your thoughts as my mekomos. To help foster my growth in learning i tried my best, when available, to look up all the sources inside. On Daf 2a of Taanis, when you discuss the gevurah that is showed by Geshem, you quote a meshech chochma on parshas re'eh 16:5. I tried my hardest, but i can't seem to find it. Are you sure it's there? I don't mean to be rude or question your ability.

thank you very much and may hard work of the kollel be a zechus for all of you and all of klal yisroel

The Kollel replies:

Thank you for your encouraging words!

Our apologies for the mistyped source: it is in 16:2, and not 16:5. (The MESHECH CHOCHMAH also addresses this theme in Parashas Yisro 20:11.)
