I can remember at the end of Brechos & Shabbos there is a discussion about dreams and colors in dreams. What Dafs where those as I would like to revisit those two sections.
Second question. Is there a glossary available for Talmud Terms?

It's good to hear from you again. The Gemara that discusses colors in dreams is in Berachos 57b (see our Insights there). I do not recall there being such a Gemara in Shabbos.
Regarding your second question, there are a number of glossaries of Talmud terms available. The Dafyomi Advancemnet Forum has its own glossary, which you can search online by going to http://www.dafyomi.co.il/cgi-std/search.htm .
There are also a number of books available with glossaries, such as "Aiding Talmud Study" (by Aryeh Carmel) and "The Practical Talmud Dictionary" (Frank), and others. The new catalog of Feldheim Publishers lists them.
