What are the Chukim and Mishpatim that Hashem commanded Moshe at Har Sinai to teach Yisrael?

Rashi: It refers to the oral Torah - to explain the Chukim and Mishpatim that Hashem had already taught them.

Ramban, Targum Onkelos and Targfum Yonasan: It refers to the other Mitzvos, besides the Aseres ha'Dibros which they heard from Hashem directly.

Rashbam: Hashem commanded him to teach them the Aseres ha'Dibros. 1

Refer to Sh'mos 20:1:3:1. It is not clear however, how this fits with the rest of the Pasuk?

Why does the Torah add the suFfix on to "La'asoschem osam"?

Oznayim la'Torah: To teach us that when a person learns Torah in order to fulfil it (Lish'mah), it transforms him into a superior form of being. 1
