Targum Onkelos and Targum Yonasan: ''There is none (no god - Targum Onkelos) like the G-d of Yisrael'.

Da'as Zekenim, Rosh: [Yisrael, strengthen yourselves in fear of your G-d], for there is none like Him [to help you, for He rules over the upper and lower beings 3 ].

Seforno: Thereby creating two major distinctions between Malchus Yisrael and the kingdom of other nations - Refer to 33:25:2:5.

Rashi: 'The G-d who straddles the heaven is the One who helps you'. 1

Seforno: Refer to 33:26:1:1. 'Because the G-d who helps you straddles the heaven, which is higher than them and than their gods, 2 in which case Malchus that comes from Him does not rise and fall with the rise and fall of the Mazalos. 3

Targum Onkelos: 'Whose Shechinah in the heaven helps you.'

Targum Yonasan: 'Who rests His Shechinah and His Chariot in the heaven, He will help you'.

Targum Yonasan: And in His pride, He sits with His Throne of Glory in the upper Shechakim'. 3
