Why does the Torah insert the word "Vayikchu es Kol ha'Shalal ... "?

What is the difference between "Shalal", "Baz" (in Pasuk 32) and "Malko'ach"?
Rashi: "Shalal" is Metalt'lin (chattel - movable spoil) of clothes and ornaments; "Baz" is Metalt'lin spoil other than that of clothes or ornaments, and "Malko'ach" is spoil of animals and captives. 1
Rashbam (in Pasuk 12): "Sh'vi" refers to captives, "Malko'ach", to animals and "Shalal" to Metalt'lim.
