What does the Pasuk mean when it writes "u've'Leiv Kol Chacham Leiv Nasati Chochmah"?

Rashi: It means that, besides Betzalel and Ohali'av, there are other wise men in Yisrael whom Hashem endowed with wisdom, all of whom should proceed to do what Hashem commanded.

Rashbam: It means that Hashem placed wisdom in the hearts of all those who volunteered to work for the Mishkan.

B'rachos, 55a: It means that Hashem only gives Chochmah to those who are wise (because they use it well and become wiser. He does not give Chochmah to fools who sit in putrid places [and do not engage in it] - Hadar Zekenim, citing Midrash Tanchuma).
