What is the meaning of "Vesamta osam al Sal Echad"?

1.

Oznayim la'Torah: It means 'You shall place them into one basket - as if it had written "el Sal Echad".

2)

When the Torah writes "Ve'es ha'Par ve'eis Sh'nei ha'Eilim" does it mean that they too were to be brought to the Chatzer of the Mishkan in a basket?

1.

Ramban: The Torah means that they should bring the loaves in a basket, and the bull and the two rams too should be brought to the entrance of the Ohel Mo'ed together with Aharon and his sons (as the Pasuk continues) - but not in a basket

2.

Targum Yonasan: The Torah means that the bull and the two rams too should be brought to the entrance of the Ohel Mo'ed ... - not in a basket but on a pole. 1

Some commenrtaries however, translate 'Asla' (the word Targum Yonasan uses with regard to the Par and the Eilim) as 'a basket'. See Peirush Yonasan and Na'ar Yonasan.

3)

When is all this meant to take place?

1.

Rashi: On the day that the Mishkan is erected.
