What are the ramifications of the phrase, "u'va'Yom ha'Shevi'i Chag La'Hashem"?

Ramban: Since "Chag" has connotations of 'Chagigah,' the Torah is informing us here that the seventh day of Pesach is the last day on which one may bring his Korban Chagigah. 1 As far as the Dinim of Yom-Tov is concerned, however, they are both equal - since they are both called "Mikra Kodesh." 2

Inasmuch as, although the first day of Pesach can be complemented (Tashlumin) until the seventh day, the seventh day does not.

What is the significance of the seventh day? Why is it a Yom-Tov?

Oznayim la'Torah: This Parshah was said on the fifteenth of Nisan 1 - the day that they left Egypt. Hashem is hinting here at another miracle (Keri'as Yam-Suf) that is destined to take place on the seventh day.
