Why the Torah write "ha'Boker Ohr," and not 'ha'Ohr Boker'?

Pesachim 2a: It means that the morning shone. 1

Yerushalmi (in Berachos 1:1): "Ha'Boker Ohr" teaches us that it is considered morning [from dawn] even though the sun is not yet visible. 2

Why does it say "ha'Boker Ohr, veha'Anashim Shulechu"?

Moshav Zekenim (citing Pesachim 2a): This teaches that one should begin and end traveling when it is light outside.

Malbim: Their sacks were filled, also with their money and the cup, at night. Yosef rushed to send them promptly in the morning, lest they feel what is inside and find [the money and cup, and return it immediately].

Ha'amek Davar: "Shulechu" teaches that [members of the household] escorted them, to honor them.

Why does it say "Hemah va'Chamoreihem"?

Ha'amek Davar: They helped counsel how to make the load easier to carry, for they were loaded more than usual.
