(1) The reason is because it is forbidden to cause fruits of Eretz Yisrael to become Tamei (and by putting the grapes into the Tamei wine-press and crushing them there, they become Tamei).
(2) The Mishnah Acharonah maintains that it is permitted to cause fruits of Eretz Yisrael to become Tamei, when those fruits belong to a Nochri (and therefore are not fruits of Tevel which need to have Terumah separated from them).
(3) The reason is because it is forbidden to cause fruits of Tevel (which need to have Terumah separated) to become Tamei, since one thereby causes the Terumah to become Tamei when it is separated.
(4) This is permitted because the fruits have already become Tamei, and the Jew is not adding any Tum'ah by helping the Nochri. The Jew is not considered to be aiding one who is transgressing a prohibition, since the Nochri is not prohibited from making the fruits Tamei.
(5) The reason is because it is forbidden to aid one who is transgressing a prohibition. Therefore, it is forbidden to help this Jew who crushes his grapes -- that are Tevel containing Terumah -- in a wine-press that is Tamei, causing the grapes to become Tamei.
(6) The reason is, as Rav Huna states, because once the Nochri's wine has begun to flow into the pit it becomes Yayin Nesech, and it is forbidden for the Jew to derive benefit from his work with Yayin Nesech. (If, however, the hands of the Nochri are tied up such that he cannot touch the wine with them, then it is permitted to crush the grapes together with him, since wine can only be made into Yayin Nesech by the Nochri touching it with his hands, but not with his feet, as the Gemara says on 56b.)
