SUMMARY
1. The Gemara explains more cases of a Sukah on top of another Sukah.

A BIT MORE
1. The bottom Sukah alone is valid if it has more shade than sun and the top Sukah has more sun than shade. The top Sukah alone is valid if they both have more shade than sun.
2. The amount of space determines whether the two levels of Sechach are treated as one Sechach or two separate Sukos, causing the bottom one to be invalid because it is a Sukah under another Sukah. The three opinions on this matter are one, four, or ten Tefachim (between the two levels of Sechach).
3. The Gemara explains that he means that as long as the Sechach of the bottom Sukah (which serves as the floor of the top Sukah) clearly cannot hold the weight of the people lying on the pillows and blankets of the top Sukah, it is not considered a Sukah on top of another Sukah since nobody can use the top Sukah. The Tana Kama says that as long as people could theoretically live there, even not comfortably, it is considered a Sukah on top of another Sukah.
4. Rav Nachman: This is permitted, since they are considered part of the Sechach. Rav Chisda and Rabah bar Rav Huna: If they are more than four Tefachim away from the Sechach, then they are not part of the Sechach and one sits underneath them is not considered to be sitting under the Sechach.
5. This was because he had them sleep in such a Sukah, and they did not protest. They later told him that the reason why they did not protest was that they were traveling to see their Rebbi and therefore were exempt from sleeping in a valid Sukah.
