SUMMARY

1. The Mishnah discusses what one does if he finds out, after slaughtering an Asham Taluy but before sprinkling its blood, that he definitely did not sin.
 
2. The Mishnah discusses whether items that are supposed to be buried may be burned, and vice versa.
 
3. The Gemara explains why the Tana Kama maintains that items that are supposed to be buried may not be burned.

1. Tana Kama: The animal should be burned. Rebbi Yehudah: It should be buried.
 
2. Tana Kama: Items that are supposed to be burned may not be buried, and items that are supposed to be buried may not be burned. Rebbi Yehudah: One may burn items that are supposed to be buried.
 
3. Items must be buried because their ashes are forbidden to benefit from, as opposed to items that are burned, the ashes of which are permitted.
