SUMMARY

1. If the Kohen slaughtered one of the Kivsei Atzeres with intent to eat half an olive's size of the Shtei ha'Lechem on the following day, and he slaughtered the other Keves with intent to eat another half an olive's size on the following day, Rebbi says that they are valid.

2. If the Kohen slaughtered one of the two Kivsei Atzeres with intent to eat an olive's size amount of the Shtei ha'Lechem on the following day, there is a disagreement about whether it is Pigul.

3. If the Kohen slaughtered the Parim or Se'irim ha'Nisrafim with intent to sprinkle the blood on the Paroches the following day, or he sprinkled the blood with intent to burn the Eimurim on the following day, it is not Pigul.

4. If the Kohen slaughtered the Parim or Se'irim ha'Nisrafim with intent to spill the remaining blood on the Mizbe'ach, or to burn the Eimurim on the following day, it is Pigul.

5. If one eats from the Kometz, the Ketores, a Minchas Kohanim, a Minchas Kohen Mashi'ach, or from a Minchas Nesachim, he is not Chayav Pigul.

6. If the Kohen performs Kemitzah with intent to eat the Shirayim or to burn the Kometz on the following day, the Minchah is Pigul.

7. If the Kohen slaughters a Todah, or performs Kemitzah of a Minchas Ma'afeh Tanur, with intent to eat one of the types of loaves on the following day, according to Rebbi Yosi only that type of loaf is Pigul.

8. If the Kohen has a Machshavah of Pigul for an amount the size of half an olive at the time of Shechitah, and another Machshavah of Pigul for an amount the size of half an olive at the time of Zerikah, there is a disagreement about whether the two Machshavos combine.

9. If the Kohen performs Kemitzah with intent to burn the Levonah on the following day, Rebbi Yosi says that the Minchah is Pasul but not Pigul. The Rabanan say that the Minchah is Pigul.

10. If the Kohen has a Machshavah of Pigul during the Haktarah of the Kometz, but not during the Haktarah of the Levonah, it is Pigul according to Rebbi Meir. According to the Rabanan, the Minchah is Pasul but not Pigul.

11. The Chachamim agree with Rebbi Meir that if the Kohen has a Machshavah of Pigul during the Haktarah of the Kometz of a Minchas Chotei or a Minchas Kena'os, it is Pigul, and one who eats from the Minchah is Chayav Kares.

12. If one of the two loaves of the Shtei ha'Lechem or one of the two sets of loaves of the Lechem ha'Panim became Tamei, according to Rebbi Yehudah all of the loaves must be burned. The Chachamim disagree.

A BIT MORE

1. Since the Machshavah during the Shechitah of each one of the Kivsei Atzeres was for an amount the size of only half an olive, it is valid.

2. According to the Rabanan, since the two Kevasim together are Matir the Shtei ha'Lechem, it is Pigul only if the Machshavah of Pigul occurred during the Shechitah of both Kevasim. Rebbi Meir disagrees, because he maintains that there is a Pigul with only half of a Matir.

3. The Parim or Se'irim ha'Nisrafim become Pigul only when both the Machshavah and the object of the Machshavah involve something that is done inside the Azarah, and not inside the Heichal. Since the sprinkling of the blood is done inside the Heichal, if the Machshavah or the object of the Machshavah involves the sprinkling of the blood, it is not Pigul.

4. Since both the Machshavah and the object of the Machshavah involve something that is done in the Azarah, the Korban is Pigul. One who eats from the flesh of the Korban is Chayav Kares.

5. One is Chayav Kares for Pigul only if he eats a portion of a Korban or Minchah which was permitted -- to be eaten or to be burned on the Mizbe'ach -- by something else, such as the flesh of a Korban, which is permitted to be eaten by the Zerikas ha'Dam.

6. Even according to Rebbi Yosi, who says that if the Kohen performs Kemitzah with intent to burn the Levonah on the following day, it is not Pigul because one Matir is not Mefagel another Matir. However, if he intends to burn the Kometz on the following day, it is Pigul, and one who eats from the Shirayim of the Minchah is Chayav Kares.

7. Four types of loaves are brought with the Korban Todah. The Minchas Ma'afeh Tanur consists of two types of loaves: Chalos and Rekikin. According to Rebbi Yosi, a Machshavah of Pigul on one type of loaf renders only that type of loaf Pigul, and not the others.

8. According to the opinion that the two Machshavos combine for a Shi'ur, there is a disagreement about whether a Machshavah for an amount the size of half an olive at the time of Kabalah, and another Machshavah for an amount the size of half an olive at the time of Holachah, combine to make a Shi'ur.

9. According to Rebbi Yosi, the Minchah is not Pigul, because one Matir cannot be Mefagel another Matir. Nevertheless, the Minchah is Pasul because of a Gezeirah lest it be confused with a case in which the Minchah is Pigul.

10. The Kometz is half of a Matir, and therefore it is not Pigul, according to the Rabanan. Nevertheless, the Minchah is Pasul because of a Gezeirah lest it be confused with a case in which the Minchah is Pigul.

11. Levonah is not brought with a Minchas Chotei or with a Minchas Kena'os, and the only Matir is the Kometz. Therefore, even according to the Rabanan, if the Kohen has a Machshavah of Pigul at the time of the Haktaras ha'Kometz, the Minchah is Pigul.

12. The Chachamim maintain that only the loaves which are Tamei are burned, and the other loaves may be eaten. According to Rebbi Yehudah, however, a Korban Tzibur is never divided, and thus if one loaf becomes Pasul, all of the loaves are considered Pasul.
