SUMMARY

The concept of Techiyas ha'Mesim can be learned from a Kal va'Chomer.

2. In the times of Alexander the Macedon, the Bnei Kena'an claimed Eretz Yisrael was theirs.

3. In the times of Alexander the Macedon, the Egyptians demanded that the Bnei Yisrael return the silver and gold they borrowed before they left Egypt.

4. In the times of Alexander the Macedon, the Bnei Yishmael and Bnei Keturah claimed Eretz Yisrael was theirs.

5. Hashem Yisbarach judges the body and the Neshamah together, in the World to Come.

6. The sun sets in the west in order to bow and greet the Shechinah before it sets.

7. The Yetzer ha'Ra enters a person only after he is born.

8. There is a disagreement if the days of Mashi'ach will be different from nowadays.

A BIT MORE

1. If those who are not yet alive are brought to life, certainly those who were once alive can be brought back to life.

2. Gevihah Ben Pesisa responded that the same Torah which refers to Eretz Yisrael as Eretz Kena'an states that Kena'an is an Eved Avadim to his brothers. Anything that a servant I acquires belongs to his master.

3. Gevihah Ben Pesisa responded that the Egyptians owe the Bnei Yisrael for their many years of servitude, which amounts to much more than the silver and gold which were borrowed.

4. Gevihah Ben Pesisa responded that Avraham Avinu gave everything he owned to Yitzchak and to the sons of the concubines he only gave gifts.

5. If the body is judged separately it can excuse itself from Din saying that without the Neshamah it is completely immobile. The Neshamah also can excuse itself from Din saying that without the body it flies in the air like a bird. Therefore Hashem puts the two together and judges them as one.

6. It is proper to bow and give Shalom from a distance, therefore the sun should set in the middle of the sky. However that would be problematic for laborers who would be stuck in the fields and travelers on the road when the sun sets unexpectedly while it is still shining brightly in the middle of the sky.

7. If the Yetzer Hora would enter a fetus in the womb of his mother he would rebel and depart from the womb.

8. According to one opinion the moon will shine like the sun in the days of Mashi'ach. Shmuel maintains that the days of Mashi'ach will be no different than nowadays except that we will have our own Malchus.
