SUMMARY

1. A new mother is subject to a period of Tum'ah followed by a period of Taharah.
 
2. The blood of an Olah, Shelamim or Asham is sprinkled on the Mizbe'ach.
 
3. The blood of a Chatas is sprinkled on the Mizbe'ach.
 
4. There is a Machlokes between the Tanaim with regard to the number of walls a Sukah must have.
 
5. A Revi'is of blood from a person is Metamei.
 
6. The blood of a Chatas that is brought in the Heichal must undergo both its required sprinklings even b'Di'eved.
 
7. A person who is blind in one eye is excluded by the verse from Aliyah l'Regel.
 
8. The prohibition Min ha'Torah to eat meat and milk together is derived from the verse which says they may not be cooked together.

A BIT MORE

1. A woman who gives birth to a boy is Tamei for seven days and then Tahor for thirty-three days. A woman who gives birth to a girl is Tamei for two weeks and then Tahor for sixty-six days.
 
2. The blood of an Olah, Shelamim and Asham must be sprinkled twice on the outer Mizbe'ach. However, b'Di'eved if the blood is sprinkled only once it is sufficient.
 
3. The blood of a Chatas must be sprinkled four times on the Mizbe'ach. Beis Shamai maintains that if it is sprinkled only twice it is sufficient b'Di'eved. Beis Hillel maintains that even if it is sprinkled only once it is sufficient b'Di'eved.
 
4. The Rabanan maintain that a Sukah must have two full walls and a third wall of at least one Tefach. Rebbi Shimon maintains that a Sukah must have three full walls and a fourth wall of at least one Tefach.
 
5. Rebbi Akiva maintains that a Revi'is of blood from two people is Metamei items that are under the same roof. The Rabanan maintain that it is Metamei only if the entire Revi'is of blood is from one person.
 
6. The blood of a Chatas that is brought in the Heichal must be sprinkled on the Paroches and on the Mizbe'ach in the Heichal. If the Kohen failed to sprinkle it on either of them, it is Pasul.
 
7. Rebbi Yehudah Ben Teima says that a person who is blind in one eye is exempt from going to Yerushalayim for the Regel.
 
8. The Torah prohibits eating meat and milk together only if they have been cooked together.
