Why does the Torah insert the word "be'Etzba'o" after mi'Dam ha'Chatas and not before it?

Zevachim, 24a: To teach us that the Nesinas ha'Dam, as well as the Kabalah, must be performed with the right hand. 1

Torah Temimah: Bearing in mind that "Etzba" always means with the right hand.

On which Y'sod does the Kohen pour the blood?

Yoma 59a: The remaining blood of Chata'os Chitzoniyos is poured on to the southern Y'sod 1 - which we learn by comparing his descent from the Mizbe'ach to his exit from the Heichal; just as there the blood is poured on the nearest (the western) Y'sod. So too here, is it poured on the nearest (the southern) Y'sod.

Why does the Torah need to mention that the Kohen sprinkles the blood on the Yesod of the Mizbach ha'Olah"?

Rashbam: To indicate that he did not sprinkle the blood on the Mizbe'ach ha'Penimi, like he did that of the Kohen Mashi'ach and of the Tzibur.

Why does the Torah repeat "el Y'sod Mizbach ha'Olah"?

Ramban: It is the way of the Torah to repeat things even though it could have mentioned them briefly. 1

See for example, above, Pasuk 4 ? despite that, Chazal do make D'rashos from the repeated words - for 'the Torah of Hashem is complete; It contains nothing extra; nor is there anything missing' (Ramban).
