What did Pharaoh mean when he said, "Ki b'Yom Re'osecha Panai Tamus"?

1.

Targum Yonasan: Pharaoh meant that he would deliver Moshe into the hands of the people who wanted him killed. 1

A reference to Dasan and Aviram (refer to 4:19:1.1:1). Pharaoh did not threaten to kill Moshe himself, because he knew that he could not do so. Indeed, it is always due to the participation of our own people that enables our enemies to cause us harm (See Na'ar Yonasan), in keeping with the Pasuk, "Meharsayich u'Machrivayich Mimech Yetzei'u" (Yeshayah 49:17). See also Na'ar Yonasan.

What raised Pharaoh's ire to the point that, not only - as opposed to prior to Makas Arbeh - Pharaoh not only drove Moshe out himself, but also warned him not to see his face again?

1.

Oznayim la'Torah: What irked him was the fact that, despite the fact that he had withdrawn a number of demands, Moshe had given-in on nothing - even to allow the animals to remain in Egypt.
