Why are there three mentions of Shelichus (sending) in verses 45:5-8?

Moshav Zekenim (to 45:5): It corresponds to three matters of Leshon ha'Ra that Yosef said about them (Rashi to 37:2); Yosef was sold three times (to Yishmaelim, Socharim, Midyanim 1 ); they bowed to him three times (42:6, 43:26,28), and he put them in jail for three days (42:17).

What is "She'eris ba'Aretz"?

Ha'amek Davar: The name of the Ivrim will be great in the land, for the latter all remained alive via Yaakov's seed. The nations will understand that even though Yisrael are the smallest of the nations, they sustain the world. Yisrael among the nations are like the seed in fruit of a tree.

Why does it say "li'Fleitah Gedolah"?
