(a) What do we try to learn from the Beraisa 'ba'Rishonah Hayu Omrim ha'Metamei ve'ha'Menasech. Chazru Lomar Af he'Medamei'?
(b) Why else might Medamei not have been included together with Metamei and Menasech?
(c) So we try and prove the same principle from Avuhah de'Rebbi Avin's version. Which of the three does the Tana omit from the original list, according to him?
(d) We refute this proof too however, on the basis of a Machlokes between Rebbi Avin and Rebbi Yirmiyah. Why, according to ...
1. ... Rebbi Avin, would a Menasech be Patur from paying?
2. ... Rebbi Yirmiyah, would he be Chayav?

In view of the ruling that we just learned 've'Im Nasa ve'Nasan be'Yad, Chayav', how did Rav Ashi justify his ruling exempting the man from paying?
(b) What does the Tana rule in a case where someone follows the instructions of an Anas, and hands him a ball of wool or a bunch of grapes?

(a) If Rebbi Elazar Darshens 'Ribuy, Miy'ut and Ribuy' ("ve'Chichesh" ba'Amiso", "be'Pikadon", "O mi'Kol Asher Yishava ... "), what does the Miy'ut come to preclude? What does it come to preclude from?
(b) And if the Rabbanan Darshen 'K'lal u'P'rat u'Ch'lal', which two requirements do we learn from "be'Pikadon" for a Shomer to be Chayav payment or a Shevu'ah?
(c) Karka is not movable, and Sh'taros have no intrinsic value. But why are Avadim exempt?
(d) The Beraisa cites a Machlokes where the Rabbanan argue with Rebbi Elazar over a cow which someone stole and which the river then swept away. Rebbi Elazar obligates the Gazlan to pay, whilst the Rabbanan exempt him. How does Rav Papa establish the case? How does he explain the Machlokes?
