FOOTNOTES:
==========
(1) This is what Rashi writes. Tosfos, however, argues, and holds that it *is* considered Mu'ad even for something which is not fit for it.
(2) There is another quality which we have not included in the chart, and which applies *only* to Bor: "Techilas Asiyaso l'Nezek." This phrase is basically synonymous with "Eino Holech u'Mazik," except that the latter ("Eino Holech u'Mazik") is the way of expressing the *Kula* that results because of this quality, while the former ("Techilas Asiyaso l'Nezek") is the way of expressing the *Chumra* that results because of this quality. Therefore, the checklist for "Techilas Asiyaso l'Nezek" would be the exact reverse of the column for "Holech u'Mazik" (column B).
(3) That is, it is obligated to pay even if it damages something which this type of Mazik is not normally expected to damage. (See Rashi here, and at the beginning of 6a, "she'Ein Ikar Esh b'Kach.")
